The Shinawatra family (Thai: ชินวัตร; RTGS: Chinnawat; Thai pronunciation: [tɕʰīn.nā.wát]) is a wealthy and powerful Thai-Hakka family. Many of its members have been influential people in Thai politics, including four Thai Prime Ministers.
