Symbiomycota is a clade of fungi containing both Glomeromycota and Dikarya. It was supported by phylogenetic analyses based on RNA and multilocus DNA datasets. More recent analyses using genome-scale data have not supported this clade and have recovered Glomeromycota within Mucoromycota instead.

It includes all mycorrhizal fungi; hence, the name references symbiosis. Although Endogone is a rare exception of a symbiotic fungus outside this group.
