I propose to bring small modifications to the text:


1.            Add the word “ideal” to the following text:


The Avogadro constant is named after the early 19-century Italian scientist Amedeo Avogadro, who, in 1811, first proposed that the volume of an ideal gas ….”


2.            I checked the formula n0 = p0 NA / (RT0)  and I found out the result shall be expressed in number of particles per volume (m, pi, what so ever).


I think that the following text is not clear enough and should be modified. Here’s what I suggest:


“This latter value, the number density n0 of particles per volume in an ideal gas, is now called the Loschmidt constant in this honor, and is related to the Avogadro constant, NA by”
