Composition and lyrics
- "B2B" is an acid house and techno song.
- Gemma Ross of Mixmag wrote that "B2B" combines Charli XCX's "pop sensibilities" with the "harder club productions" characteristic of Gesaffelstein.
- Katie Thomas of Resident Advisor opined that the song's acid bassline "mirrors the turbulence of a toxic on-off situationship".
