Evangelos Depastas (Greek: Ευάγγελος Δεπάστας; 6 January 1932 – 5 January 2009) was a Greek athlete. He competed at the 1956 Summer Olympics and the 1960 Summer Olympics. He was named the 1957 Greek Athlete of the Year.

PSAT Greek Male Athlete of the Year

He attended Stanford University (as I recall it was 1959-1960) on an athletic scholarship and was a member of the Stanford University track team. He was my roommate in Stern Hall for that year. (Contributed by David C. Junge….Anchorage, Alaska)
