I'm Ryan, I have a BSc degree in pharmacology, an MSc in Biomedical and Forensic Studies and LLB in Law. I currently practice as a Solicitor in Manchester. I'm originally from Kendal in the Lake District. I was quite honest when I said that I was willing to trust you with handling the Flameviper situation. Even though you, myself, and several others were willing to give him another chance, it turns out that he was obviously unreformed, and will most likely never fully understand Misplaced Pages's policies.

You, however, have shown commendable dedication to WP:AGF, both in your personal belief at his redemption and your well-reasoned arguing for the aforementioned (and ill-fated) "final chance" that convinced several otherwise skeptical admins, myself included.

The description for this award states it may be awarded to "an editor who has shown extraordinary patience in the face of toil or turmoil".
