Ok then maybe u should remove the indic scripts used in the articles on Chennai, trichy, hyderabad and many other such cities. Subramanian Swamy page

Hi,

Shriram, thanks for pointing out the thing that Indic script should not be used in the lead sentence. Does that mean that it applies to article of any person(irrespective of region, state or country).

I have second doubt that Subramanian Swamy's name is spelt most of the time in North Indian media (especially Hindi Media) as Subramaniam Swamy. So is it wrong to mention in the introduction, if yes then can it be put anywhere place in the article. Work2win (talk) 13:58, 2 March 2014 (UTC)

  • Yes I have heard that. His name is mispronounced as 'Subramaniam' Swamy, I am not sure if it should be added (as his name is pronounced as Subramanian Swamy). What I believe is that if someone from some news channel mispronounces his name, I don't think the mispronunciation should be supported. I am no expert on this matter. Better discuss it in the article's talk page. Shriram 14:11, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
