Ralph Alvarez (born 1951 in Cuba) is a Cuban-American businessman and the current President and COO of McDonalds. Prior to becoming President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Alvarez served as President, McDonald's North America. Mr. Alvarez previously served as President, McDonald's USA, and before that, Chief Operations Officer, McDonald's USA.
