IOI Resort City, Putrajaya is an integrated resort township in Sepang District, Selangor, Malaysia, developed by IOI Group. It was located near the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and Selangor-Putrajaya border. IOI Resort City features the Malaysia's largest shopping mall, four hotels, residential apartments, commercial centre, golf course and central park.

IOI City Mall features over 700 stores, largest Golden Screen Cinemas branch with IMAX and Premiere hall, a petting farm, an action indoor park, convention centre and sports hall.

While the township is located in Putrajaya which has the postcode of 62502 (common postcode used for Prime Minister's Department) and commonly used due to commercialization reasons, it is actually located in southern Seri Kembangan and administered by the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang).
On the federal level, IOI Resort City is part of Sepang federal constituency, currently represented by Aiman Athirah Sabu of AMANAH. On the state level, it is part of Dengkil state constituency,currently represented by Jamil Salleh of BERSATU.
Access
Car
IOI Resort City is located near the South Klang Valley Expressway. SKVE highway is also connected through other major highways such as North–South Expressway Southern Route, Damansara–Puchong Expressway, Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway and Maju Expressway, with 20 minute drive from Kuala Lumpur city centre and 30 minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Public transport
The nearest rail stations to serve this township are KB05 Serdang KTM (located 8 km away) and PY34 UPM MRT station (located 5 km away).
This township is served by the only stage bus route T 523 , connecting KT3 PY41 Putrajaya Sentral MRT/ERL station, KB05 Serdang KTM station and Lebuh Pudu bus hub in Kuala Lumpur to IOI Resort City (via IOI City Mall bus terminal). Due to low reliability of this bus service (which is operated by KR Travel & Tours instead of Rapid KL - the major bus operator in Klang Valley), ride-hailing (such as Grab) and demand-responsive transit (such as Trek Rides via UPM-Serdang zone) remain prevalent for visiting IOI Resort City by public transport.
