Rigoberto Ramos Aquino (February 2, 1931 – May 11, 2015) was a Puerto Rican politician and the second longest serving mayor of the city of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico (1969–1973, 1977-1981 and 1989-1997). He is regarded as one of the strongest leaders of the New Progressive Party of Puerto Rico (PNP).
