Sate Bandeng is a popular Sundanese traditional cuisine from Banten, a province near Jakarta, Indonesia. Sate Bandeng is made of deboned milkfish (Chanos chanos; Indonesian: ikan Bandeng) grilled in its skin on bamboo skewers over charcoal embers.
